I have taken a few years off from this blog but for all my followers I will be posting on a regular basis again. I have a lot of issues with the fitness community and how I see Personal Trainers working with people and also exercise selection at the gyms I have been visiting these last couple of years.
My next post will be on bicep curls and tricep extensions and why they are a big waste of time and energy.
