Hello Treasure Coast

Hello to all potential Treasure Coast Boot Campers.  Seacoast Boot Camp has moved to Jensen Beach, FL and a class is starting soon.  It is the same program as before utilizing all the latest military protocols and training methods.  It is also still for all body types and fitness levels.  If you are the most physically fit individual you will get an incredible workout and if you are the most deconditioned individual you too will get an incredible workout.  Here is the best part:  IT"S FREE!!!  yes FREE.  But because it's free I will only accept recruits who are willing to commit to the program and the group.  If you are interested please call 603-817-3278.  Leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I am able.  Oh also since my last post I have become trained as a Physical Training Leader by/for the US Air Force.
